We loved the Highlands: My wife and I lived at the Highlands for 2.5 years. We lived in a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom and den. Lived in this place for a year. Very quiet and nice place to live. It has everything you want and the staff is friendly. The only problem we faced is the heating system not working when there are high winds. That also occured only once during our stay. But the maintenance person fixed it immediately. Very good place and would recommend it
