Highly Recommend!
My wife and I lived in The Highlands for 5 years before eventually buying a house in the area. We had both been renters ... for years and without the doubt The Highlands were the nicest apartments we had lived in. What really set The Highlands apart from previous apartment complexes we had lived in was the responsiveness and attentiveness of the staff. All maintenance requests were handled on the same day they were requested and done thoroughly by Dave the maintenance man. The pool was such a nice asset to have in the summer and we enjoyed many hot days lounging pool side. If you're looking for a quiet, well maintained complex - look no further than The Highlands. I will be here three years in July and I'm extremely satisfied with choosing The Highlands. This is a very welcoming community; staff is friendly, responsive, and efficient. The office staff do an outstanding job of communicating updates and weather issues. The grounds are safe and very well kept and the winter and garbage crew is top notch! We were residents at the Highlands apartments for 15 years. The Highlands was by far the BEST apartment complex we ever lived in. The amenities were awesome. The office staff was super friendly. Maintenance was prompt to fix issues when called. Rent cost reasonable. Mgt takes very good care of the buildings and grounds. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend the Highlands Apartments. They were very good to us.

I have been here since January 2023. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The office always gets back to me within a day, but most of the time within hours of a call. It's a great location and I love the layout of my 2 bedroom den, very unique. Having a private entrance is also a big plus. Glad to be here.
